In this home the stairs, plateau and existing elevation were removed. A waterproofing with APP modified bitumen membranes was applied, heavy protection in hydraulic mosaic (“tie”), protection of the walls with lacquered aluminum sheet and placement of ladder in metallic iron designed for the place.
