- All employees: Treat colleagues with respect, report inappropriate behavior, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
8. Reporting Concerns
Any behavior that contravenes this policy may be reported directly to management or, if preferred, by email to: comercial@prudencio.pt.
All reports will be handled with confidentiality and seriousness. Retaliation against individuals who make a report in good faith will not be tolerated.
9. Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually, or as required, to reflect practical experience and any changes in applicable legislation.
