Prudêncio’s New Facilities
Innovation, sustainability, and dedication in every detail
In 2024, Prudêncio took a decisive step by investing in its new facilities.
This project reflects a journey marked by growth, innovation, and sustainability, reinforcing the company’s commitment to technical excellence, energy efficiency, and the well-being of its teams.

Why invest in new facilities?
The decision to move into a larger and better-structured space arose from the need to grow sustainably: optimizing processes, centralizing resources, and preparing the company for the future. The former premises could no longer keep pace with our growth, making it essential to find a solution that matched our ambitions.
The new building now provides the right conditions to nurture the talent of our teams, both in administration and production, enhancing efficiency and the quality of service delivered to our clients. Investment in research and the drive for internationalization were also key forces behind this change.
With spacious, bright, and comfortable areas, free from humidity, the new work environment reflects Prudêncio’s commitment to social sustainability and people’s well-being.

Sustainable solutions that make a difference
We turned the roof into our showcase, fully rehabilitating the existing metal structure and applying state-of-the-art solutions that enhance energy efficiency and reinforce our commitment to sustainability:
- Thermal insulation with polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam: the material with the lowest thermal conductivity on the market (0.022 W/m·K, with multilayer laminated gas-tight coating), ensuring thermal comfort and reduced energy consumption.
- Use of Köster’s TPO Pro membrane: made up of 53.7% recycled materials, with a Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) of 95, a lifespan of over 30 years, and low maintenance. With reduced use of natural resources and minimal waste generation, this solution prevents 18,600 kg of CO₂ emissions for every 10,000 m² of membranes applied.

- Solatube tubular daylighting systems: natural light throughout the warehouse without thermal transfer, increasing energy efficiency and reducing the need for artificial lighting and air conditioning.
In addition to the roofing system, the acquisition of an electric forklift has improved operational efficiency and team comfort in material handling, with lower environmental impact.
These solutions enhance thermal comfort, indoor air quality, and create a pleasant environment filled with natural light.
Impact on teams: productivity and well-being
The new facilities have brought visible improvements to the daily lives of our teams:
- Increased productivity: private offices that allow each person to organize their space according to individual needs, with fewer distractions, greater focus on complex tasks, and the ability to hold videoconferences or work remotely.

- Comfort and social sustainability: personalized control of lighting, temperature, and ergonomics; comfortable spaces for breaks and meals; and reduced stress thanks to fewer visual and sound distractions.
- Operational efficiency: centralized stock, improved organization and storage safety, and faster, more comfortable loading and unloading processes.

Dedicated areas such as the training room also allow for continuous employee development without the need for external travel, fostering internal networking and collaboration across teams, boosting creativity, and cultivating a modern, collaborative corporate environment.

Innovation and the future: research and internationalization
Prudêncio’s new facilities also include dedicated areas for research, with plans for a small laboratory in the future—reflecting the company’s ongoing focus on innovation.
The significant expansion of office space also enables new hires and positions the company for its next steps in internationalization.

Sustainability as a strategic priority
With these new facilities, Prudêncio reinforces its position on the path to sustainability.
From early on, the company embraced environmental and social responsibility as essential foundations, anticipating practices that are only now becoming mandatory for large organizations—such as the preparation of a Sustainability Report. Although not required for SMEs, Prudêncio has chosen to take this step, integrating environmental, social, and governance sustainability into the structural pillars of its strategy.
The new facilities make this process easier and more consistent, consolidating a natural evolution.
This project aims to combine growth, innovation, well-being, and environmental responsibility within a functional and inspiring space for all employees.

A milestone in Prudêncio’s history
More than just a physical space, this new chapter reflects a long-term strategic vision, built on research, innovation, and a strong commitment to sustainability and technical excellence.
This investment consolidates Prudêncio as a benchmark in the sector, equipping the company to face future challenges with greater structure and strength.
