This industrial building from the 70s belongs to the park where Max Grundig inaugurated, in 1965, the construction of its complex, which would be one of Grundig’s largest manufacturing units outside Germany.
In the previous rehabilitation, PVC screens were applied, which showed considerable aging and therefore no longer fulfilled their function, with several sources of water infiltration.
In 2019, Prudêncio renovated the 16,000 m2 roof with a KÖSTER TPO system, placed directly on top of the existing one, which is both light and elegant as well as technical excellence, sustainability and environmental responsibility.
