At Fabory, Prudêncio was responsible for the rehabilitation of a 2,500 m² roof, in a project that combined efficiency, durability, and enhanced safety conditions. The intervention focused on the existing deck system, which had shown signs of aging and associated vulnerabilities.

Application of the KÖSTER TPO waterproofing membrane over the aged PVC membrane, creating a continuous, watertight, and long-lasting surface.
