    Rehabilitation of Fibre Cement Roofs

    9zero9 Condominium Administration

Prudêncio has developed fiber cement roofing rehabilitation solutions ideal for those who care about health and the environment, as it avoids the release of thousands of fibers that the removal of fiber cement slabs implies.

They are comfortable and safe solutions, in which the fiber cement is not removed, serving as support for the system that has an exceptional impermeability and the insulation with the lowest thermal conductivity index currently available.

There is no release of particulate matter during the process, which neutralizes the harmful effects of asbestos cement, leaving it totally sandwiched and inaccessible, taking advantage of its effective properties, reusing it without manipulating it.

All the systems and the application techniques that we develop have values substantially below (zero in most solutions) of the 0,1 bras / cm3 of exposure, during the execution, stipulated in article 4 of Decree-Law no. 266/2007 of July 24, values certified by evaluation of the National Institute of Health Dr. Ricardo Jorge – INSA, reason why they are exempted of participation to the ACT.
